Clair Foley
Clair grew up in Auckland, moving to the United Kingdom where she finished school and was trained at Toni & Guy in London. She attended the L'Oreal International Academy in London to complete her training as a colourist. After 10 years of working for Toni & Guy Hampsted in London she returned to New Zealand to keep running the family business.
Clair has now owned Blush & Blow formally known as Rodney David Hairdressing for seven years, she was a board member of the Auckland Association of registered Hairdressers before it was dissolved, and still takes a keen interest in the direction of New Zealand Hairdressing believing that education is the most important part of what we do, she is assisted closely by L'Oreal New Zealand who provide excellent and current training for all their salons.
William Boyd
William has had a long and rewarding career in hairdressing serving an apprenticeship in Scotland, then working in Spain and London, before emigrating to New Zealand.
His first salon William of London was in Kohimarama, he eventually went into partnership with Rodney. After leaving Kohimarama they opened War Hair Design in Remuera, which brought a new concept to NZ in the form of a Kerastase Institute.
William was in the first team to represent NZ in the world Hairdressing Championship in Germany, a great achievement
A lifetime of valuable experience William now divides his time between Hairdressing and being a successful artist in Helensville.
Tommy Matsubara
With more than 20 years experience in hairdressing including own hair salon management of 5 years, Tommy ventured to New Zealand to continue his passion, and his love of NZ's natural beauty and comfort.
Tommy's skill is knowing which style suits every individual need, so from every dimension his style will be balanced and with great shape.
From the start Tommy believes in getting to know the client and their wants with a thorough consultation.
He is a particular stylist and is always ensuring the best out of the clients natural hair.
